Children's Home Assistant Manager to work within our expanding Children’s Residential at Lancashire County Council. The role will be based at one of our well‑established 6‑bed, mainstream Children’s Homes, based in Rawtenstall. The home benefits from an experienced, cohesive team with a long‑standing record of excellence.

To ensure that there is adequate management cover in the home, you will be expected to work within the core hours of 7 am – 7 pm and therefore undertake alternating shifts of 7 am – 3 pm and 11 am – 7 pm.
