About the Role
Are you ready to dive into an exciting new adventure? At Butlin’s, we live by the motto of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share our passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests!
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be anything but ordinary! You’ll kick off your Mondays and Fridays by cleaning our guest accommodations, and then spend the rest of the week exploring various departments. Whether it’s sports & activities, restaurants, bars, shops, or even our thrilling fairground, you’ll have the chance to work in multiple areas and meet a diverse range of guests.
If you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal license—we’d love to hear from you!

Expect variety in your day-to-day tasks, as you’ll engage with different team members and guests, enhancing your hospitality skills along the way. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guest-facing areas, setting you up for a rewarding career with Butlin’s.
Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Plus, if you’re relocating, live-in accommodation may be available!
