About the Role
Your primary responsibility is to engage prospective students and professionals who aspire to build careers in high finance, help them understand our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
This role involves professional consultative communication, not product pushing.
Your focus is on determining fit and providing clarity—not aggressive selling.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone to prospective candidates
* Hold brief discovery conversations to understand career goals
* Present Swiss Finance Academy programs professionally and accurately
* Guide qualified candidates through program selection and enrollment
* Maintain structured notes and follow-up workflows
* Represent the brand with discretion, clarity, and professionalism
Ideal Candidates
* Experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, outreach, or client-facing roles
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable engaging with students, parents, and early-career professionals
* High level of professionalism, organization, and self-motivation
* Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
* Interest in finance, education, or career development is a plus
* Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
