An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage a modern, purpose-built nursing home in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. The service provides exceptional, specialised care for residential, nursing and dementia care.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
The Home Manager will lead a team to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support
* Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed
* Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN
* Previous experience managing a nursing home
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving outstanding ratings
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors
* Proven marketing and business skills within the private care sector, with experience running a commercially successful care home
* Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care
* Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service

* Salary: GBP 70,000 per annum
* Permanent full-time role, 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
