About the role
To promote a positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture and be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and support for staff and volunteers on all health, safety, and wellbeing related matters. This includes the implementation and application of new and updated legislation, codes of practice, and safe working procedures.
The role ensures that health and safety effectively contribute to the Trust’s strategic objectives, embedding best practices across operations, driving compliance, identifying improvements, and creating a safe, sustainable workplace.
The position requires a consultative, collaborative, and pragmatic approach to finding solutions and measures to support the Trust’s daily activities and improve standards.
