What You’ll Do Lead Projects from Start to Finish Provide overall leadership and direction for projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure alignment between scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations while proactively identifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. Drive Project Strategy & Execution Lead project planning efforts, including buyout strategy, scheduling, staffing, logistics, and execution planning. Work closely with field leadership to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery. Manage Financial Performance Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, subcontract management, change management, and owner billings. Ensure projects are managed responsibly and positioned for strong financial outcomes. Build & Maintain Client Relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Build trust through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent execution. Lead & Develop Teams Provide leadership, mentorship, and development team members. Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth across the project team. Cultivate Subcontractor & Vendor Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Promote a team-oriented project environment built on communication, accountability, and mutual respect. Champion Safety & Quality Work closely with field leadership and Safety to uphold IMC’s “Safety First” culture. Support the consistent execution of project-specific safety and quality standards across all phases of construction.
