Your new role
Thismercial litigation solicitor role will see you join a busy and well balanced team that is going through an exciting phase in its development. As part of its plans, the team is looking to hire amercial litigation lawyer to handle a mix of work that will include shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation and reputation management matters. The role will see you take on a varied caseload and you will also play a significant role in business development initiatives as well as help mentor more junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be amercial litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate level or looking to take the step up to this level. You will have gained a broad spread of dispute resolution experience and will be able to display a pragmatic and client led approach.
