Job Opportunity: Production Administrator
Our client, a growing and thriving company based in Gloucester with over 40 years of industry experience, is offering a new opportunity for a full-time, permanent Production Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting time to become part of this expanding business.
The Production Administrator will support the daily operations of the production process. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbox and generate paperwork to support the production process.
2. Collaborate with the Production Manager to prioritize and schedule jobs based on delivery deadlines and material availability.
3. Maintain production records and compliance documentation to meet internal standards, external regulations, and customer expectations.
4. Serve as a point of contact for queries from sales or dispatch teams regarding production status, delays, or changes.
5. Assist in documenting quality control checks and ensuring production paperwork is complete and accurate.
Candidate Attributes:
* Previous office or administrative experience.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours:
7/8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (Flexible start time between 7am and 8am)
Salary and Benefits:
£28,000 - £32,400 per annum, depending on hours chosen, plus benefits including:
