Day to day, youll be leading your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience. Youll also be communicating with stakeholders from across the business ensuring a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new retail opportunities.
As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example with exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
