1. £13.50 per hour (PAYE) / £15.13 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
2. Overtime after 8 hours: £15.00 per hour (PAYE) £16.81 per hour (PAYE Advanced)

3. Full-time, ongoing work
4. Monday to Saturday (5 shifts on a rota basis)
5. Start time: 05:45 AM
6. Minimum 8-hour shifts (longer days during busy periods)
📦 About the Role
Driver Hire Kettering is recruiting a 7.5T (Cat C1) Driver for a well-established white goods company.
This is a customer-facing role involving:
7. Delivery and installation of home appliances
8. Driving a 7.5T vehicle
9. Completing 10–25 deliveries per day
10. Working single or double-manned routes
11. Providing excellent customer service in customers’ homes
✅ Full training provided for appliance installation (if offered a permanent role)
✅ Lifting equipment supplied (must still be physically fit)
✅ Requirements
12. Valid C1 (7.5T) driving licence
13. Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph card
14. Maximum 6 penalty points (no major offences)
15. Minimum 12 months 7.5T driving experience
16. Good level of physical fitness
17. Strong customer service skills
