What the Job Involves This is a part-time, temporary role based at City Business Park in Stoke, with occasional support needed at The Business Centre in Cattedown. The position is for approximately six months, requiring you to work 22.5 hours a week over three days. Your main responsibilities will include reception and administrative duties, supporting the management team, and contributing to the smooth operation of the business centres. Duties involve greeting and signing in visitors, conducting unit viewings, processing tenant applications, financial administration, database management, and handling various inquiries. Skills Experience in reception or frontline customer service Proven administration and organisational skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Cheerful, confident personality with a positive attitude Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and use initiative Flexible to work outside normal hours as required
