Job Details:
* Position: Senior Staff Engineer - Enterprise Telephony Services (ETS)

Responsibilities:
* Plan, build, and support technologies and services such as Microsoft Teams Voice, Call Center products, tablets, and mobile devices.
* Define User Stories in JIRA and support Agile processes like Story Mapping and Estimating.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to understand priorities and support PI objectives.
* Guide, inform, and provide insight as a product expert.
* Ensure the technical integrity of solutions and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
* Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders.
* Support DevOps and security best practices.
* Mentor engineers and participate in release ceremonies like PI Planning and System Demos.
Minimum Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in an agile delivery framework (SAFe, Scrum) in a senior engineering role.
* Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and translating business needs into user stories.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in telecommunications, especially voice technology.
* Hands-on experience with NICE CXone, Microsoft Teams Phone, and related voice technologies.
* Knowledge of NIST Framework, change management, and SaaS solutions.
