We now have an exciting opportunity for Sales & Lettings Negotiators to join our Chigwell and Loughton Branch. This is a key role within our growing team, offering the chance to build strong relationships, drive results, and progress your career with a forward-thinking agency.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a passionate, ambitious salesperson with excellent standards and a proven ability to deliver results. A minimum of 1 year's estate agency experience is essential.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
Availability to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with applicants, landlords, vendors, buyers, and the wider community
• Handling inbound enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Proactively making calls to potential tenants/buyers and landlords/vendors
• Booking and attending viewings, valuations, and client meetings
• Negotiating sales and lettings deals in person, by phone, and by email
• Producing high-quality marketing material including brochures and property listings
• Updating our systems accurately to capture all relevant information
• Conducting office duties including monitoring enquiries and supporting the team
• Ensuring the office premises are managed in a safe, secure, and professional manner

Requirements:
