Marcomms Manager (Big Base Appeal) – The Air Ambulance Service. Hybrid working in Rugby. Fixed term role with a minimum 12 months. Hours: 37.5 per week. Interview date: 29th or 30th September 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role reports to the Head of Marketing, PR and Comms with a strong dotted line to the Capital Appeal Manager. You will be a broad marketing and communications professional across all channels (digital, social media, events, email/mailing, comms) who will work closely with the Capital Appeal Manager, Head of Brand, Marcomms and PR, and the Strategic Comms Manager to create and execute impactful campaigns that raise awareness, engagement, and revenue in support of the Big Bases capital appeal.
You will share responsibility for achieving marketing-driven funding of at least £900k over 12 months using the above channels and other channels such as Crowdfunding, Twitch, etc.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Ideally a degree in Marketing (CIM or equivalent)
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a broad marketing role with a track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, especially within fundraising or sales contexts
* Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management, DotDigital or similar)
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decisions
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable; excellent interpersonal skills; passion for the charity sector and lifesaving mission
