Creative Operations Lead
6-month fixed-term contract

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Creative Operations Lead to drive the operational excellence of our in-house Creative Hub, based in Bristol.
This leadership role is critical in helping shape and embed Aviva's in-house creative agency ensuring it operates efficiently, effectively, and with continuous innovation — leveraging the right tools, automated systems, and smart processes.
A bit about the job:
As a Creative Operations Lead, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our operational capability, delivering measurable value to the business, and helping position Aviva as a benchmark for what a modern in-house agency can achieve. You’ll also play a central role in unlocking future investment that allows the team to scale and adapt to evolving business needs.
You will join a team of leaders committed to enabling the Creative Hub to realise its full potential. Our vision is to redefine the possible in creating unforgettable customer experiences — while aligning closely with Aviva’s GTM (go-to-market) priorities and upholding the highest standards of quality, performance, and governance.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional alignment and accountability.
* Expertise in resource management and project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Float) and experience working in Agile environments.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communicator with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Commercially savvy, able to align operational decisions with business strategy and value creation.
