Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire
Salary: £14 per hour (£7,280 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 9:30am–3pm, two days per week

We are a small, successful financial planning company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Support Assistant to join our supportive team. Based in the picturesque market town of Woodstock, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the Financial Planning Industry.
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support to the adviser team and to ensure excellent service delivery to clients by liaising effectively with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare client meeting packs and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions
* Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to maintain high standards of communication and customer service
* Accurately file financial documents and forms
* Maintain and update client files in compliance with industry regulations
* Process client information efficiently and maintain accurate records
* provide general administrative support to all team members as required.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
