A fantastic Secondary School in Croydon is seeking multiple Unqualified Secondary Teacher vacancies to commence training and secure Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The role offers a full-time, permanent post with a competitive salary of £130‑£140 per day and a salaried teacher training programme.
Responsibilities
* Teach students in your subject specialism across Years 7 to 10.
* Deliver the KS3 & KS4 curriculum and ensure consistent assessment.
* Engage and motivate learners, fostering a positive classroom culture.
* Collaborate with school leadership and partake in the Aspiring Secondary Teacher Programme.
Qualifications
* 1st Class or 2:1 degree in an approved subject from a reputable university.
* Strong A‑Level & GCSE body of knowledge across the board.
* Demonstrable confidence in KS3 & KS4 content and student engagement.
* Commitment, ambition and a passion for school improvement.
