History at LGGS is a popular subject, with multiple GCSE and A-Level classes. We care about teaching the diverse histories of those who will inspire and empower our wonderful students. The History department is a supportive and exciting working environment and one where we are committed to improving our knowledge and teaching of the past constantly. We aim to give students opportunities to live history, and to that end we offer multiple overseas visits, including Krakow, Berlin and New York.
