Do you have experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you looking for a new and rewarding position where you can make a positive difference within education? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to join the SEND department at our excellent client secondary school based in Bury on a full-time basis. Earn between £1860 - £2100 per month, dependent on relevant skills and experience. Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE. Access to free CPD training. Opportunity to build on experience supporting children and young people. Our client school, located in Bury require a passionate teaching assistant to support a number of students identified as having SEN or Social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with the SENCO to design and implement individual learning plans, as well as leading one-to-one interventions to target key areas of development. It is important that you are able to build rapport and positive working relationships with students to encourage learning and progress. Role requirements: Good knowledge of SEN and SEMH. Experience working with young people in education.
