Admin & Customer Service Assistant
This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all our customers. You will support resolving a wide range of customer service issues via phone, email, or colleagues, using your excellent judgment and communication skills, along with your passion for excellent service. You will also seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards further.
You’ll manage various financial responsibilities including account payments, credit requests, and wages data, requiring high financial organization and accuracy. Your proactive and collaborative nature will help you handle and resolve other administrative requirements as they arise.
You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate with an understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Your attention to detail and organization will be excellent, supported by strong IT and finance skills.
Success in this role will leverage your influence and impact across colleagues in the depot, ensuring a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
