Job Purpose
The Completion Services Project Manager is the single focal point for the planning, procurement, scheduling, on/offshore execution, financial performance and growth of the Completion service line for NAM Projects. This includes:
1. Operational and financial planning, delivery, and execution with QHSES accountability.
2. Completion Service performance: Well completion, Workover, Plug & Abandonment (P&A), Well Tie in, Light Well Intervention.
3. Commercial and contractual performance of service line within The Frame Agreement.
4. Leadership, development, and mentorship of Project Managers supporting service line.
5. Strategic planning and technical strategy to support multiple product system types and overall service line growth.
6. Coordinates communication between the various functional areas and other TechnipFMC product areas involved in the project. Ensures that the project status and progress is effectively communicated to the TechnipFMC Project Team and to the customer.

7. Serves as the single point of contact for Intervention Service line for Customer Services NAM
8. Leads, supports, mentors, and provides/seeks out 360 feedback review for team of Project managers.
9. Communicates customer requirements to all internal resources: service, engineering, MMRS, rental tool, quality.
10. Builds and maintains relationship with client and sub-contractors associated with service line.
11. Reviews Cost Time and Resource (CTR) quotation before submittal to client / internal delegation of authority (DOA). Forecasts monthly.
12. Identification and management of risks and opportunities (QHSES, commercial, & operational)
13. Attends and supports service line's financial reviews and supports tracking and resolution of commercial actions.
14. Facilitates service line accountability to meet QHSES, commercial, and operational deliverables to meet client and business objectives.
15. Identifies and supports lean processes to simplify, standardize and industrialize service line offerings.
16. Attends workshop's Gemba walk.
17. Supports Completions Services contractual agreements, improvements, revisions, and negotiations.
18. Supports root cause analysis (RCA) as required and drives to resolution.
19. Documents lessons learned and implements learnings on future projects
20. Identifies and leads continuous improvement and strategic growth initiatives.
21. Demonstrates leadership and the ability to work within a matrix team environment and contributes significantly to team performance.
You are meant for this job if:
22. BA/BS Degree in related field required.
23. Typically, 10+ years of industry experience preferred, with at least three (5) years of experience in Commercial, Project Management, or Services Operational role.
24. Must have demonstrated application of Project Management techniques and standards.
25. Strong knowledge of P/L, cost control, planning, financial forecasting, quality assurance and onshore operations within the Houston Gremp Campus facility and offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico
26. Understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
27. Must have advanced understanding of Completion philosophies; thorough understanding of offshore operations and logistics; in depth knowledge of subsea products; and in-depth knowledge of business management planning tools.
28. Demonstrated abilities in Leadership and Team Building with the ability to motivate a diverse group of people to successfully complete team objectives.
29. Must have strong customer relations skills and ability interact with varying levels of management.
30. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, internal and external negotiation, and planning skills.
31. Proficient in relevant MS Office applications. Proficient in scheduling and SAP software.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment with frequent trips to the shop and to other offices in the plant. Some exposure to possible shop hazards including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic. Fast paced environment with repetitive transactions. Multiple priorities and constant change. Offsite and offshore travel may be required.
