As a Legal Assistant Administrator Apprentice, you will support the legal team with a wide range of day‑to‑day duties, including:
* Opening and closing client files, including completing money laundering and identity verification checks
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, including franking and envelope preparation
* Answering telephone calls and handling client enquiries professionally
* Assisting clients with document release requests and general queries
* Supporting the bookkeeper with basic accounts tasks, including maintaining standing order mandate databases
* Managing client and internal emails
* Filing documents and arranging secure document storage
* Assisting with marketing activities, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
Qualifications
GCSE (or equivalent) in:
* English – Grade 3 or above
* Maths – Grade 3 or above
Applicants with other relevant qualifications or industry experience are encouraged to apply. The apprenticeship can be adapted to reflect prior knowledge and experience.
