We are currently seeking a pool of experienced Door Supervisors for our client site at Victoria. The venue is a plush Karaoke venue with a capacity of up to 500 people (five minutes walk from the station). To secure this opportunity please read the whole advert and apply within. Hours Ad-hoc from 6hrs plus (evenings and weekends). The venue will start with 5 shifts per week on offer with a view to expanding to 7 shifts a week and longer hours. Purpose of role As Door Supervisor you will uphold the four Ps of security at licensed premises working as part of a team within the framework of our policies and procedures. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service which reflects the companys outstanding reputation. You will uphold rigorous standards of internal best practice and external customer care. Key responsibilities Act as an ambassador for ASMEP, promoting high standards of service and practice at all times by upholding our policies and procedures reflecting the corporate vision provide a high level of service report writing and submission fire Safety & first Aid ingress & egress (including emergency and CT) participate in on-site and online training promote communication between colleagues and departments for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise provide guidance and support to colleagues, being considerate to all stakeholders and using a creative approach to problem solving maintain a proactive and visible presence throughout the venue, monitoring and raising service and standards accordingly any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head Door Supervisor, Walker, DPS and ASMEP Directors. Experienced Door Supervisor Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence required Rate of pay: £12 - £14.00 (d epending on sector-specific qualifications and experience) two - five years of proven experience within a similar role two work references required.
