The Opportunity
This is a key role in driving our next chapter.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Business Development Executive will play a central part in building relationships with existing clients, identifying and winning new business, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
It is a varied, hands-on sales role that covers the full cycle from prospecting and pitching through to account growth and retention, working closely with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver sustainable, profitable results.
You'll join a vibrant team and work closely with the leadership team to deliver success.
What You'll Do
Build relationships with existing clients
Increase revenue spend from existing clients
Reach out to lapsed clients
Reach out to prospective clients
Share best practice with the team
Attend industry events
Track various metrics to ensure you are delivering the best results
What We're Looking For
Experience : 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
Core Skills : Prospecting, relationship building, confident communicator, negotiation skills
Technical Understanding : Ability to learn about various services and adapt as necessary
Personal Traits : Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership.
