Overview
Showroom Sales Manager role at City Plumbing. You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms, building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to deliver on promises and exceed expectations. You’ll promote an inclusive team environment and have some fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, generating new and repeat business.
* Manage the end-to-end sales journey for customers, focusing on their wants and needs to help them achieve the bathroom of their dreams.
* Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
* Promote the showroom locally and use creative approaches to raise awareness of the service offered.
* Aim to make the showroom the best by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but the right positive attitude is more important.

Skills and Competencies

* Experience with customer relationship management and developing partnership approaches
* Self-confident and self-motivated, able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information
* Experience using CAD is preferred
