Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure Engineering

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing Infrastructure Engineering change projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver complex technical initiatives in a structured, controlled environment. Experience within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure Engineering change projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
* Plan, track, and govern project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
* Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, security, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution
* Drive change management activities, including impact assessments, approvals, and stakeholder communications
* Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and project management frameworks
* Provide clear status reporting, risk mitigation plans, and escalation management to senior stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering infrastructure or engineering-focused change projects
* Strong understanding of infrastructure environments (networks, servers, cloud, platforms, data centres, etc.)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Desirable Experience
* Background in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) or other highly regulated industries
* Experience working within structured change, governance, and delivery frameworks
Work Arrangement
