Job Description
* Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
* Salary £30,000 per annum
* An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually)
* You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues
* Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
* Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
* Assisting with the development of menus
* Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
* Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
* A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
* Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years’ experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
* A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
* Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
