Position Purpose Lead a team to mechanically, electrically assemble and test our range of standard range of staging and theatrical machines, such as Winches, Stage lifts and other customer machinery. Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities To mechanically assemble and test our range of hoisting products to agreed specifications and schedules using electrical and mechanical schematics. Supports group lead to schedule and distribute project work to the wider team. Lead and develop the team to embed a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and high performance. Supports the team to execute projects in line with project plans Foster a proactive approach to safety & ensure compliance Ensures plant and equipment are maintained Organizes and implements the correct training for the winch team. Ensure Q/A testing is completed and documented in appropriate systems. Monitoring hours booked to jobs and ensuring that production is within budgeted hours.
