We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-resourced, 4-bedded children's home in Dagenham, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the home operates smoothly, safely, and in line with all regulatory standards. Your leadership will inspire your team and support every child in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the home's day-to-day operations

Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
*
Provide effective leadership and development to your staff team
*
Champion the safety, wellbeing, and personal progress of each child
*
Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies
*
Foster a positive, structured, and supportive environment

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery

About You:

Hold (or willing to work towards) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management - Children & Young People
*
Proven track record as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
*
Deep understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and therapeutic practices
*
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
*
Passionate about providing life-changing support to vulnerable young people
