Key Requirements (Essential)
* Proven experience in delivering software designs for scalable, multi‑tiered modern applications.
* Background in Software Engineering (e.g. Java, .Net, Node.js, etc).
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end solution architecture and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with enterprise‑level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate non‑functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, scalability) into software design.
* Practical experience working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.
* Excellent communication skills—capable of clearly articulating technical concepts in both verbal and written formats, including technical documentation and presentations.
* Confidence in making informed decisions in fast‑paced, agile delivery environments.
* Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture.
* Accountability for complex technology delivery projects, ranging from single‑team solutions to multi‑team programmes.
* Experience supporting business development efforts in collaboration with sales or account management teams.
* Strong people management skills—setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback.
* Ability to manage time effectively across multiple high‑impact projects.
* Passion for technology and an active contributor to technical communities or forums.
* Thought leadership through blogging, public speaking, or mentoring.
