What you’ll do on a typical day:
Design and implement a comprehensive wellbeing and engagement strategy for UK&I, aligned with global frameworks and local needs
* Develop initiatives that promote mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing
* Lead engagement programmes that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion
* Monitor engagement metrics and partner with HR and leadership teams to drive improvements
* Work cross-functionally with D&I, Social Impact, QHSE, L&D and Benefits teams to ensure a holistic approach to employee experience
* Act as a trusted advisor on wellbeing and engagement best practices
* Analyse engagement and wellbeing data to identify trends and opportunities
* Serve as an ambassador for employee experience, ensuring programmes are inclusive and accessible
What you need to succeed at:
Proven experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, or HR program management within large, complex organisations
* Strong understanding of wellbeing frameworks and engagement strategies
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans
* Exceptional communication and project management skills
