Have you recently finished university or are currently studying and thinking about becoming a teacher? This Aspiring Teacher role in Spilsby is the perfect way to get hands-on school experience before starting teacher training.
GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to inspire young learners and take the first steps towards a career in education.
Responsibilities:
* Support teachers with lessons and classroom activities
* Work with small groups or individual students to help learning
* Assist with preparing materials and resources
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation
* Get involved in school events and the wider school community
Requirements:
* Completed a degree or currently studying at university
* Interested in teacher training or a career in education
* Must live in the UK and have the right to work
* Positive, reliable, and confident working with children
* Previous school experience is helpful but not essential
