About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to welcome Domiciliary Support Services Key Worker to our Llanelli and Ammanford team.
As a key worker, you will be working closely with people who require a flexible level of support weekly. This is to support with their well being and to re gain their confidence with day to day tasks. It could mean helping to obtain equipment within the property to support them achieve their goals and reduce the level of care support they require. You will be liaising with external agencies, ensuring each service user on your case load is receiving the support they require. This role will be 80% service user contact time and 20% office based.
To become a key worker, you will need the following
* Full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Willing to obtain business insurance for your vehicle
