Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of traditional massage techniques and have the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. Chosen candidates will also be fully trained in Thai massage and gain an accredited certificate. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Perform traditional massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain a clean and organised treatment area before and after each session.
* Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
* Document client information accurately through data entry.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering client inquiries.
* Upsell additional services or products that may enhance the client experience.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills through professional development.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs effectively.
* Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with a customer-focused approach.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
