Hospitality Bar Team: 9am - approx. 6pm (MUST HAVE UK BAR EXPERIENCE)
Kiosk Team: 11:30am - approx. 4:30pm

Pay Rate:
Over 21 £12.21 + £1.47hp = £13.68phr total
Under 21 £10phr + £1.21 = £11.21 total

Are you passionate about football and enjoy providing excellent customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated retail kiosk staff to join our team at Premier League football clubs in and around Sunderland and Newcastle. We also work with multiple racecourses, stadia, festivals, hotels and much more in the North East/ North Yorkshire Area and across the UK!
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for selling merchandise, snacks, and beverages to fans, ensuring they have an unforgettable matchday experience.

What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience in retail settings desired but a great attitude and willingness to learn goes along way
7. Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
8. Friendly, reliable, and a team player
9. Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
10. A positive attitude and great customer service skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
11. Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
12. Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
13. Keeping queues moving and spirits high
14. Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
