As a leader within these specialist services, you will play a major part in the transformation of service delivery and in creating incredible experiences for the children in care. Role Overview We are seeking a Childrens Registered Home Manager to assist the General Manager in achieving the aims and objectives within the Statement of Purpose of the homes, as well as the wider needs of the organisation. You will manage a 5-bedded home that caters for children aged 1218 years, all of whom require additional support due to mental illness or considerable risk of self-injurious behaviours. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, including an on-site clinical team and teachers, and will support childrens transitions as they progress towards achieving the goals set out in their care plans. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working with children with poor mental health, an understanding of the Mental Health Act, or current practice within this area.
