The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Basic Salary: £36,000 per annum.
* Bonus: Individual efficiency and productivity bonus ranging from £400 – £1,000 per month.
* Total Earnings: £40,800 – £48,000 OTE.
* Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (with a full 1-hour lunch break).
* The Schedule: Working Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.
* Your Day Off: You get one fixed day off during the week (currently Tuesday, but we can be flexible to suit everyone).
* The Goods: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, free on-site parking, and full access to ongoing training.
* Start Date: Monday, 11th May.
What You Will Be Doing
* Full Spectrum Mechanics: Routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of multi-make vehicles.
* Core Repairs: Handling brakes, exhausts, suspension, and cambelts.
* Efficiency & Quality: Working to high standards to maximize your individual bonus while ensuring first-time fixes.
* Diagnostics: Utilizing modern equipment to identify and solve mechanical and electrical faults.
* Teamwork: Maintaining a clean bay and a positive flow within a busy, productive workshop.
