* £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
* Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
* Negotiating deals
* Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires
* Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Financially Driven- a strong desire to earn big and be successful! xsngvjr
* Competitive - someone who thrives in these sort of environments, a background in sports or similar is a big plus
* Excellent communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
* Degree educated or commercial experience
