Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Weekend Receptionist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our Homes on a part-time basis.
Part-time: 15 hours per week
Shift Times: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional reception and telephone service to staff, visitors and callers.
* Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring goods are received by the correct recipient and not left unattended in the reception area.
* Complete authorisation paperwork for relevant invoices and submit to the manager for approval.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the main foyer and reception areas.
* Organise and upkeep the post room and stationery cupboard.
* Prepare, process and bag outgoing mail daily for collection.
* Monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies as required.
* Undertake additional duties as agreed with or requested by the Home Manager, according to skills and competencies.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in computer programmes is essential for this role.
