Senior Sales Executive / Showroom Manager in Stoke
1. Location: Stoke-on-Trent
2. Basic Salary: £30,000 + Commission
3. OTE: £60K !! (uncapped)
4. Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Manager to join our clients business as a Sales Controller. This is a selling role in a high-volume, fast-paced used car operation in Stoke.
With over 100 vehicles on site at any given time, this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Controller will include:
6. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.
7. Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.
8. Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.
9. Step in to support site management when required.
10. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas to drive revenue growth.
11. Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on success.
What We’re Looking For:
12. Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.
13. Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
14. A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.
15. Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.
16. Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.
17. FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.
