Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston & Richmond.

Main responsibilities of a Senior Practitioner:
* Supporting children and young people subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans
* Building respectful relationships with families, their support networks, and partner agencies
* Handling cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings
* Contributing to team management, deputizing for team leaders, and supervising work of ASYE or students
* Ensuring children's voices are actively involved and recorded in case documentation
* Participating in reflective and group supervision sessions
