We are seeking:
* A Strategic Leaderfor Attendance.
We are looking to grow and develop a whole new layer of leadership with our Strategic Leadership Group. You will feed directly into the senior leadership team and will be supported by a dedicated SLT with purposeful strategic priorities. The other roles we are seeking are strategic leaders for careers and destinations and core curriculum. These inspiring roles are perfect for experienced teachers eager to shape school-wide development.

Who Are We Looking For?
* Aspiring Senior Leaders looking for a role where they can demonstrate impact and grow their experience.
* Experienced, passionate educators with a strong track record of motivating and challenging learners through excellent teaching and learning. There will be a teaching commitment of around 15-20 lessons a week.
* Experienced Teachers or Leaders looking to hold whole school responsibility and be upskilled in managing responsibilities like attendance, careers or Core subjects.
* Child-centred, resourceful, and proactive thinkers committed to continuous improvement.
* Enthusiastic about developing their leadership skills and contributing to a dynamic learning community.
