We're looking for an experienced
Commercial Property Valuer / Agent
to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.
This role is
entirely desk-based
and can be done from anywhere in the UK. You'll be preparing
market appraisals
(not Red Book valuations) across a wide variety of property types, including:
* Small commercial lettings
* Mixed-use residential/commercial investments
* Development opportunities
What you'll do
* Produce clear, reliable market appraisals based on structured property information we provide
* Analyse market comparables and apply your commercial agency knowledge to assess realistic values
* Deliver concise written outputs to support our valuation and agency process
What we provide
* A structured information pack for each instruction (size, use class, tenancy details, market context)
* Consistent but flexible workload — typically
1–2 days per week
* A flat day rate of
£300 per day
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in commercial property agency and/or valuation
* Strong understanding of lettings, sales, investments, and development sites
* Ability to work independently, remotely, and deliver to deadlines
* RICS membership is a bonus but not essential
— we value experience and judgement above all
