Our client is an exciting BCorp certified health based beverage company with ambitious growth forecasts who are now looking to expand their marketing team, bringing on board a Digital Marketing Manager to help retain and expand their customer base and drive business growth going forward.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day performance of a Shopify-based e-commerce site, ensuring content, visuals, and storytelling are consistently aligned with brand standards across the full customer journey.
* Identify and implement website optimisations to improve usability, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
* Own online merchandising, including product launches, bundles, and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on improving key performance metrics.
* Lead the subscription experience through Recharge, optimising the journey to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
* Oversee the loyalty programme in partnership with Marketing and Customer Service to deliver a strong customer experience while supporting commercial goals.
* Analyse digital performance data and share clear, actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage the Amazon agency to maximise marketplace performance in line with wider brand and marketing strategy.
Depending on experience, take ownership of or manage agency support across:
* Paid digital campaigns in collaboration with Brand and Content teams
* CRM and email marketing via Klaviyo, including flows and segmentation
* SEO strategy focused on driving sustainable organic growth
About You
* Brings several years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how online performance drives growth.
* Comfortable working with leading e‑commerce and CRM platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and subscription technology.
* Experienced in managing paid media across major platforms such as Meta and Google.
* Highly analytical and inquisitive, with a natural tendency to explore data and turn insights into practical solutions.
* Takes a customer‑first approach, balancing functionality and visual presentation to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
* Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive, optimistic, and action‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
* Motivated by a genuine interest in health, wellness, and purpose‑led food and drink brands.
