Fault finding and surveying commercial heating installations and systems in a variety of sectors (hotels, schools, nursing homes). Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service. Generating accurate and timely site reports within the CRM system. Participating in manufacturer and in-house CPD training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
