Salary: £127,126 - 127,126 per year Requirements: We require proven hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation experience in large enterprises, including pilot to rollout to adoption. We require end-to-end Copilot delivery experience, covering backend configuration, governance, and client-side integration. We require experience working in financial services or another highly regulated sector. We require strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. We require PowerShell automation experience. We require awareness of the Microsoft roadmap and forthcoming feature changes. We require experience with sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention policies, and access controls. We require desktop integration experience, including Windows 11 and Outlook clients. We require experience supporting 3rd and 4th line escalation for business-critical incidents. We prefer candidates with senior-level experience in Copilot, M365 collaboration, or modern workplace engineering roles. Responsibilities: We will expect you to lead Copilot implementation, governance, and adoption within our highly regulated financial services environment. We will expect you to configure Copilot technically, including data labelling, access controls, and desktop integration. We will expect you to manage governance frameworks such as sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, and auto-enabled Microsoft features. We will expect you to take Copilot from pilot through to production and support full end-to-end lifecycle delivery. We will expect you to own 3rd and 4th line escalation for business-critical Microsoft 365 incidents. We will expect you to contribute to Microsoft 365 engineering across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune, representing around 20-30% of the role. We will expect you to work closely within our messaging and collaboration function as part of a fully integrated contract team.
