The Estates Manager will be responsible for a large varied estate across the North of England, with responsibilities including Lead rent assessments, reviews, and negotiations Support field teams on complex tenancy matters Manage licensed and non‑licensed property portfolios Identify opportunities to grow income and enhance asset value Ensure legal and statutory compliance Build strong relationships with pub operators and external partners Required experience and attributes RICS qualification with pub valuation experience Strong commercial and negotiation skills Confident communicator and problem‑solver Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently Full UK driving licence This is a great opportunity for a Surveyor with experience in the Licensed Leisure sector to join one of the UK's leading Pub operators in a varied and autonomous role.
