Job Description
Are you a skilled B2 Licensed Engineer with a passion for business jets and a strong background in base maintenance? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, supporting a fleet of high-performance aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform all scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, in full compliance with approved maintenance documentation.
2. Lead and supervise small teams during base maintenance checks and modification programs.
3. Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all maintenance activities.
4. Support and execute complex modifications, including Starlink, GoGo, and Venue installations.
Requirements:
5. Full unrestricted EASA/CAA B2 License with electrical privileges.
6. Type-rated on at least one of the following aircraft (multiple ratings highly desirable):Bombardier Challenger 350/300Challenger 600/604/650Global 7500Global 5000/6000/5500/6500/Express
7. Strong base maintenance experience, including heavy checks and modification programs.
8. Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
9. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desirable:
10. Hands-on experience with cabin connectivity and entertainment system upgrades (, Starlink, GoGo, Venue).
11. Familiarity with business aviation operations and customer-focused environment.
