Office based working Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pmFriday - 8:00am - 4:00pmKey Responsibilities: Business Development:Identify and contact new and existing clients of various sizes and industriesDevelop and execute targeted direct and e-marketing campaigns to raise brand awarenessBuild and maintain a strong client base and lasting relationshipsClient Consultation & Design CoordinationConduct client meetings and site visits to gather project briefsProduce rough sketches and liaise with the CAD team to develop design conceptsWork within client budgets to produce comprehensive quotes and design proposalsProject ManagementOversee the build process from start to completionConduct regular on-site meetings to monitor progress and maintain qualityEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsProject LogisticsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to plan and execute project buildsSchedule and oversee deliveries of all aspects of interior components including furniture, fittings, flooring, electrical and partitioningSupplier ManagementLiaise with product suppliers and specialistsVisit showrooms and stay up to date with product ranges and innovationsAbout YouExperience in the Workplace Interiors industry, with a track record of achieving profitable sales and meeting targets – or work within our industry and have an understanding of the industryStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExcellent ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholdersHighly organised, with strong attention to detail and time managementProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)UK driving licence requiredWhat we offerBase salary of £26,000.00 – £30,000.00 Uncapped commission on every job Gross profit level to be met, 1% all the way up to 5%Car allowancePayment of 75% of phone billHoliday commission27 days holiday + bank holidays + additional Bank HolidayWorkplace pensionOngoing training and developmentLocation of work – Kingston upon Thames (office based, no hybrid working) with onsite parking
