You will analyse and prioritise equipment, develop industry-leading maintenance strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations. Your work will support continuous improvement, sustainability, and excellence across the site. ' : - Lead criticality assessments and risk evaluation for key assets to optimise maintenance approaches. - Develop and implement maintenance strategies, capturing best practices and benchmarking across the site. - Work closely with teams to coordinate planned preventative maintenance and ensure accurate SAP master data management. - Drive spares management and supplier engagement to secure cost-effective, sustainable solutions. - Facilitate root cause analyses, improvement workshops, and promote operational excellence through digitalisation and compliance initiatives. Candidate skills & requirements ' : - HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline - Experience in a maintenance environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of industrial maintenance strategies and SAP CMMS systems - Six Sigma qualification or related continuous improvement certification - Expertise in techniques such as FMEA, RCA, TPM, and compliance standards (e.g. EN9100) Here, we craft excellence together.
